At Kashi Organic, we strive to provide our customers with the best products and services. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • You have 24 Hrs to return an item from the date you received it.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Please include a receipt or proof of purchase with your return.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 3 working days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at support@kashiorganic.com.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation Window: Customers can cancel their order within 60 Mins of placing it.
  • Non-Cancellable Items: Orders for perishable products (e.g., certain supplements or food items) or products that are made to order cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, health and personal care items, and gift cards, are non-returnable.

6. Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
